Team Entries require a team captain who is responsible for signing up three additional team members. Each player will receive:

• Play on 18 holes of golf in scramble format with a team of four (includes cart)
• Hindman Settlement School golf shirt
• Light lunch during registration
• Refreshments on course throughout play
• Patio dinner served during award and prize reception (immediately following play)
